MB BS (St Thomas London 1989), MRCGP, DRCOG joined the practice in 2000. He has interests in all aspects of family medicine in particular childrens health.
Dr Ryder works closely with other GPs in the Sleaford & District and Mid Kesteven area as part of the board of the GP Consortium, to help design and improve services offered to patients.
Dr Freeman joined the Practice in 2015
Alison joined the practice in 2015, following working at the Lincoln University healthcentre.
Alison has special interests in all aspects of general practice, but especially mental health and diabetes.
Debbie joined the Practice in February 2017, she has a special interest in women's health and family planning
Clinical Care Coordinator Andy joined the Practice in 2015,
His role is to look after our most vulnerable patients stay safe and
well in their home environment.
Julie is responsible for the day to day management of the practice and for the services we provide to our patients. She started working within the NHS in 1992 and has experience within General practice from reception through to Dispensary management, ultimately becoming practice manager in 2002.
Julie joined us as practice manager in 2006.

Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses.
The midwife runs clinics from the practice on a Tuesday and Friday morning.
The community nurses visit patients at home who are housebound or palliative needing nursing services. They also run a clinic from the practice on a Monday and Thursday for patients needing dressings for long term wound management.
The community nurses work along side other agencies to ensure a high level of patient care such as Social Services, MacMilan Nurses, Marie Curie, GPs and hospital consultants.
Diane Gilbert - Case Manager looks after housebound patients registered at the practice with long term conditions.

A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.
The health visiting team (could be Health visitor or nursery nurse) hold clinics at the Practice on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month. Please contact their team on 01529 306089 to arrange an appointment.
Ellie joined the Practice in March 2017, her role is Urgent Care Practitioner
She is a qualified Paramedic and works alongside the clinical team at the Practice to triage and assess all same day urgent requests

The dispensary is open Monday to Friday 08:30 -18:30 for the collection, ordering and any queries regarding medication.
The dispensary telephone enquiry line is open 09:00 – 17:00, please note this is for medication queries only. Unfortunately, due to possible errors we cannot take requests for repeat medication over the telephone.
We cannot give repeat medicines indefinitely without reviewing your condition. The length of time between reviews will depend on your condition. Therefore, we may ask you to make an appointment with the doctor or nurse before we issue another prescription.
