Flu clinic information:

Patients who are eligible for theses current clinics are patients over the age of 65 and at risk groups including:

• Pregnant women
• Patients with diagnosed serious breathing difficulties such as bronchitis, emphysema or in some cases severe asthma etc.
• Patients with diabetes
• Patients with diagnosed kidney and/or liver diseases
• Patients who have had a stroke or TIA (Transient Ischaemic attack)
• Patients who suffer from certain learning disabilities 
• Patients who suffer from neurological such as multiple sclerosis (MS) or cerebral palsy
• Patients with sickle cell disease or who have had their spleen removed
• Patients who are seriously overweight (BMI of 40 or above)

Please do not call the surgery to book these appointments, we will send you an invite when you can book. Please also note if you are not a part of the above groups it doesn’t mean you won’t have your flu vaccine done at all, these are merely the parameters for the clinic dates on this page.
