To enable us to continue to develop and improve our practice, we are looking for local residents to join our Patient Participation Group (PPG).  Please contact the practice or check the website if you would be willing to help or require further details.   

Named GP for over 75

You may be aware that from April all practices are required to provide all their patients aged 75 and over with a named GP who will have overall responsibility for the care and support that our surgery provides to them.

If you are one of our patients in this age group Dr Ryder will be your named GP.

Dr Ryder working alongside the other GPs and clinical team will have overall responsibility for the care and support that our surgery provides to you. This does not prevent you from seeing any GP or Nurse Practitioner in the practice as you currently do.
