With an update to our AskmyGP system if you are putting the request through yourselves little will change, however if you don’t have access to AskmyGP and call to make an appointment between 08:00 and 09:00 you may notice our patient navigators ask more questions than before. This is simply to get more information on the problem you are calling for and to make sure you receive the best and most appropriate treatment possible from the best suited clinician so please be patient when calling as these questions are only asked for your benefit.
