New Patients

We only accept patients living within our practice area. Please contact the surgery to check if you are in any doubt, on 01526 832204.

You will be given a registration pack, which includes the registration form (please ensure this form is completed fully, as any missing data could result in a delay in you being registered at the practice), information regarding the practice and a small questionnaire requesting information on your past medical history.

All new patients are offered an appointment for a health check.

All patients living more than a mile from the pharmacy in the village can obtain their medication from the surgery.

Once registered, you will be registered with the Ruskington Medical practice (not a specific GP) and can see any of the doctors or nurses within the practice.

All are welcome.
Everyone in the UK has the right to free care from a GP. If you don’t have proof of ID or address, you can still register. Immigration status or nationality don’t matter -reception won’t ask for immigration documents and won’t share your information with the Home Office unless serious crime is involved.
