Sexual Health
The practice nurses offer basic sexual health advice, but for full sexual health screening please contact the GU Clinic on 01522 539145. The practice is part of NHS Lincolnshire Condom scheme.
The C Card is available to all young people aged 13 – 24. It is a free service that offers advice and support about relationships and sex and provides free condoms and lubricants plus loads of useful information. The C Card scheme is completely confidential. If you choose to tell your friends or your parents or carers, that’s great, but the member of staff won’t.
Free chlamydia screening kits are available for all young people aged 15-24 (ask at reception).
