Order Your Prescriptions

Please note that all acute (same day) medications require a unique prescription from your clinician they will organise this within your appointment.

We do not take repeat prescription requests over the telephone.

You can order your repeat medication by one of the below quick and easy methods:

Drop your white repeat slip into dispensary in the practice.

Download and use the NHS (there is guidance on how to do this on the support page linked here)

Log into your SystmOnline patient Account (You will already have login details for this if you have an account activated)

Complete the below form which will be sent directly to our dispensary team:

Medications required*

You will be asked to complete a medication review every year. This is so that your GP can monitor your health appropriately, a member of our team will contact you when this is required. Dependent on the medications you take you may be asked to book a blood test and/or provide information such as weight, height, blood pressure and pulse rate.
