Patient Participation Group
Are you interested in finding out more about Ruskington Medical Practice?
Would you like to influence the development of local health services?
If you are a registered patient at Ruskington Medical Practice, we would like to invite you to join our Patient Participation Group (PPG).
The purpose of the PPG is:
1. To give patients and practice staff a medium for regular discussion of current issues and interests.
2. To provide a focus for patients to make suggestions and share ideas regarding health care and the service provided.
3. To encourage health education and fund raising activities
4. To develop self-help activities with the clinical staff.
5. To develop wider communication between the practice and the community.
6. To act as a representative group that can be called upon to influence the provision of Health and Social Care.
7. To liaise with other agencies regarding patient services.
8. To evaluate and comment on services provided by the practice
